Clearing Browser Cache


Dear Customer,

In case you have any problems in accessing Internet Banking, Kindly follow the below steps to clear Cache memory.


For Internet Explorer 5.0 & above
    Select Tools from the menu-bar of the browser.
    Select Internet Options.
    Under the title Temporary Internet files, Click on Delete Files
    Click on Apply / OK
    Restart the Browser.

For Mozilla FireFox 3.0
    Select Tools from the menu-bar of the browser.
    Select Clear Private Data.
    Under the title clear the following items now: , select Cache.
    Click on Clear Private Data
    Restart the Browser.

For Netscape Navigator 4.7
    Select Edit from the menu-bar of the browser.
    Select Preferences.
    Under the title Advanced, click on Cache.
    On the ensuing window Click on Delete Memory Cache and say Yes.
    Click on Ok to apply the settings.
    Restart the Browser.

For Chrome 1.2
    Click the wrench menu from the menu-bar of the browser.
    Select Clear Browsing Data.
    Under the title Obliterate the following items: , select Empty the Cache and
      select Clear data from this period given in the list as ur wish (eg : Last Week).
    Click on Clear Browsing Data
    Restart the Browser.
