Guidelines for Entry
- Every customer is important to us. We are always open to hear your Suggestions/Grievances. You may register the same through this Portal.
- You can view the status of your query anytime with the unique Registration ID given to you at the time of registration of grievance.
- If the issue is addressed to any specific Branch of IOB, please enter few letters of the Branch Name.
- If the issue is addressed to the Bank in general, please enter "IOB" in the first column.
- Choose the Branch in the second column.
- If any Branch is chosen in the first column, you have to choose whether you have a
Savings/Current Account with that Branch.
- If having an account, please choose the nature of Account and enter the 15 digit account
number. Click on "Check Account Number" and then "Continue
